  • 1. Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of all residents, we ask you to observe general quiet hours from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM** and **all day on Sundays**. During these times, please avoid loud music, parties, and unnecessary noise.
  • 2. Smoking: Smoking is **strictly prohibited** in all indoor areas of our holiday apartments. Smoking is permitted on the glazed loggia, provided the door to the living area remains closed at all times to prevent smoke odors in the apartment. Please use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • 3. Pets: Out of consideration for guests with allergies and to maintain the cleanliness of our apartments, **pets are unfortunately not allowed**.
  • 4. Treatment of Property: Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Report any damages or defects to us immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible.
  • 5. Waste Separation: Please separate your waste according to local regulations (e.g., paper, plastic, organic waste, residual waste) and dispose of it in the designated containers. Information on waste separation can be found in the apartment.
  • 6. Parties and Events: Parties and loud events are **not permitted** in the apartments. If you are planning a larger gathering, please contact us in advance; we offer separate premises for such occasions.
  • 7. Visitors: Additional visitors not included in the booked number of guests are only permitted by prior arrangement with us.
  • 8. Energy & Resource Usage: Please be mindful of responsible water and electricity consumption. Close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment to ensure security and save energy.
  • 9. Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by the agreed check-out time and leave it swept clean. Dishes should be washed and trash disposed of.
